The information collected, in particular email, is used only for:

• automatic system notifications (e.g. membership expiry)
• to allow the administrators to contact members with news and useful information

In all other respects, personal data is not used for any other purpose, and is not disclosed to any third party. Members may be asked for personal information if they wish to take advantage of specific services offered through the website. In each case ShowBiz Friends will only use the information provided to deliver the service requested, unless the user has given explicit permission for other use of the information.
